The Fleksi public website uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies. Some are necessary to provide a requested function or protect the website. Others support optional analytics or advertising.
The Privacy Notice explains how related personal data are processed.
2. Choices
Necessary technologies are used where required to provide the website, remember a user-requested choice, maintain a session or prevent abuse.
"Use necessary only" is offered at the same level as "Accept all", and optional categories are off by default. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are used only after the relevant consent.
A choice can be changed or withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. A browser can also delete or block cookies, although some requested functions may then stop working.

When Turnstile is used, technical information such as IP address, browser and device signals may be sent to Cloudflare.
4. Optional analytics
With analytics consent, Fleksi may use Smartlook to understand page use, navigation and interactions, including session analytics or recording where configured. Smartlook's cookies and storage last according to the current tool configuration and provider rules.
Fields and content that may contain personal or confidential information should be masked or excluded from recording. Sensitive information should not be entered in a public form.
5. Optional advertising
With the applicable optional consent, Fleksi may use Meta Pixel and Google Ads to measure campaign performance, attribution and audiences. Their cookies and storage periods depend on the current configuration and provider rules.
6. Other external resources
Public pages currently request fonts or icons from Google-hosted services. These requests may disclose an IP address, browser information and page request to Google even if no cookie is set.
Customer-selected integrations or embedded third-party content may use their own technologies. Where Fleksi controls the embedding, the technology is classified and disclosed before use.
7. Providers, transfers and updates
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. The Privacy Notice describes transfer safeguards.
This Notice and the technology list are updated when a technology, purpose or material duration changes.
