How is an "active user" counted?

An active user is someone who has done something concrete in the system in the last 30 days — written a proposal, logged an hour, sent an invoice. Being invited or just logging in does not count.

Can I invite someone without starting the trial?

Yes. The 30-day trial clock only starts when a second person actually begins working. You can invite people weeks before anyone logs in.

What if the trial ends and I have not decided?

Nothing snaps shut. You get reminders first, then the workspace gradually reduces multi-user features over weeks. Eventually it returns to single-user shape — full data intact, the owner has full access.

So what is the multi-user price?

We will publish pricing before any current customer's trial period runs out. In the meantime, get started — you will know the number before you have to decide.
